Before ordering your OZWILD UGG® boots, please consider at your discretion  that Ugg Boots are very different from a normal dress shoe or sneaker, as inside of this type of footwear you will find approx 15mm of sheeps wool that is not found inside normal footwear. The styling, design and fit is also different from a dress shoe or sneaker. It is also not comparable to products made by other brands.

Some things you need to know before you order:

• OZWILD UGG® boots only come in whole sizes. If you wear a dress shoe/ sneaker half size, you may consider at your own discretion ordering the next larger whole size. (eg: If your usual size is 6.5 then go up to a size 7) as the design, styling and fit is different to dress shoes or sneakers.

• Generally Ugg footwear should be slightly snug when you first start to wear them but with enough room around the toes so that they are not touching the edge of the boots interior. There is approx 15mm of sheeps wool inside of the Ugg boot that will quickly mould around the shape of your foot. If the Ugg boots are too snug or feel tight or your toes are touching the interior edge of the boot, you may need to consider at your own discretion, exchanging them for the next larger whole size up. • If you like to wear socks with your Ugg boots, at your own discretion you may consider ordering one size larger than you had intended. As the Ugg boots might potentially feel tighter due to the combined thickness/width of the socks and approx 15mm of sheeps wool inside of the boot.

Please note: As OZWILD UGG® boots are made from a combination of suede, double faced sheekskin and sheepswool, the wear, give, fit, feel and breathabilty will not be comparable to Ugg boots made just with double faced sheepskin.

We do NOT offer exchanges or refunds for 'Change of mind' on purchases if the product has been worn more than just trying the boots on within the 30 day returns period.
